According to Walter Willett, MD, professor of epidemiology and nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health and Diane Feskanich at Brigham and Woman’s Health Hospital in Boston and their findings published in August 2006 Self Healing magazine, calcium requirements may become slightly lower as Vitamin D levels may increase.

Many factors play a roll in keeping bone mineral density. Other minerals, one being magnesium and vitamins like vitamin D should be present in your supplement. Mix and drink. For those on dairy free diets, soy or rice milk works fine.
